For Valentine’s Day, my human thought I might like these pumpkin waffles. How they came about is a long story, but I’ll try to keep it short. I was having, um, a digestive issue, and since my human didn’t have time to run to the pet store, she opened a can of pumpkin she already had. Which meant she had a lot of pumpkin left over! Most of it got made into pumpkin-pecan bread, but there was still some left over.
Since I love pumpkin, she decided to make pumpkin waffles in the heart-shaped waffle maker for Valentine’s Day.
To make it cat friendly, she replaced the sugar with a combination of freeze-dried chicken crumbles and catnip. That smelled heavenly!
The batter came together really quickly. We had waffles in a matter of minutes.

TBT: Just seeing a heart-shaped waffle-maker was worth watching the whole video! Mom was good at making pancakes in shapes, bit I think she also did a bit of cutting sometimes, LOL! But at least you gave it a taste-test. We wouldn’t. We think the best part was yer chef outfit. You looked so ummm “chefy” in it.
