You would never see me getting up close and personal with a hair dryer, but some kitties are much braver than I am. This one thinks the blow dryer needs a sound thwocking. Even his friend is a little disturbed by this.

Lastly, we have the king of blow dryer battles, Oskar. Oskar was born without eyes, so he has no visual conception of the blow dryer. The air coming out of it is as tangible to him as the dryer itself. And he enjoys battling with it! Check it out:

Those video’s are awesome! Leo runs when I pick up the hair dryer, he cant stand it. Star leaves, but not as fast as Leo.
I actually weird like the kitty in movie two that I want Mom to use the low setting on me as the warm air feels so good.
OMC! I am totally like Kitteh #1. Sugar is adorable but insane to like that thing–though I *DO* luff that spot on her tummy. And Oskar–I love him sooooooo much! I couldn’t believe how long he stood up like that and boxed away at that air stream. Another wonderful Sunday film festival, Sparkle! P.S. The Human tried giving me some Temptations today, wondering if now that I am more interested in food I might like a cat treat. But no, treats are still a no-go.
We just figured that ALL kittehs hated those things. Now we know better! 🙂
The first kitty could be related to Julie with her lightening whaps! Something is wrong with a kitty that runs to and not away from a hair dryer. Oscar is a brave kitty, to take on the unknown like that.

Those kitties are braver than us. We don’t like that blower thingy at all!
Mum has short hair and doesn’t use one of those things. We don’t even know if she even has one.

I say when you are using that thing Mom, you stay in there with it and I will stay in HERE withOUT it.
We give our Mum plenty of room when she’s got her hairdryer on in case she wafts us!

That first kitty is like me! I like watching my mom dry her hair with a blow dryer, but she never turns it at me. I wonder why, I might like that warm air blowing on me too! She uses it on our wolfie.
