It’s time to play the Treat Game!
You probably know about the Treat Game already. All you need is a box and some treats. This box had some packing paper in it, and my human left it in to make it extra fun.
You just throw a treat in the box. That’s it! Any human can play it with their cats, and I bet lots of you have a box and treats in your house right now! It’s a really fun way to get exercise. Well, for kitties. I don’t think humans get much of a workout tossing treats.
Anyhow, the most recent time I got to play the Treat Game, my human shot a video, and you can see how much fun I’m having! Check it out.

Is that purring that I hear at the beginning?
You’re very good at this game. Obviously, you have played
a lot. I could be good at the tossing part. Boxes are special
aren’t they?
We have never played that version of Treat Hunt. We have an egg that spills some out if ya bat it around enough. And we have a puzzle box there ya have ta reach in a paw around ta find some. And sometimes TBT keeps some in his pockets and tosses them so they bounce around and take some effort ta catch fast…
There is a ball TBT can put fresh Nip in. It has holes in it so we can smell it, so we whap it around, but can’t get at it. It dissapears into the basement for months sometimes (until he finds it again). But dont worry, we always get Nip on the floor soon after we play with it.
That does look like fun!
Summer, the treat game sure does look like fun!
I usually just set the treats down in front of them. I will make them work for them for now on. 🙂
