My human was out shopping and she saw these Earth Animal No Hide chew sticks. They were labeled for both dogs and cats, and they’re alternatives to rawhide chews. That means they are supposed to be easier on the digestive system, and they have no bleach or other bad things like rawhide sometimes does. My human figured if I enjoyed turkey tendons so much, maybe I’d like these. So she brought home a package.
I was all over the bag when she opened it up. Then she gave me one to check out.
It was interesting at first, but I lost my enthusiasm pretty quickly. You can see the whole process in the short video below.

I should try those with Mocha Latte. She’s a big time chewer. Her sister likes silvervine sticks to chew on. Maybe break them in half? The store I used to manage sold these things in singles. Maybe I’ll go see if they still do so I don’t have to risk buying a whole bag they won’t go for.
We’ve had similar chews lying around here in the past but neither Ollie nor we were interested.

Well, you are really good as an ad model. But you probably
aren’t one of those cats who are always chewing on elec cords
and such. That’s who could probably make use of these. More
chicken!
I think that Eric and Flynn’s people have a good idea.
However, it would be easier to buy treats already cut up,
or just stick with the current treats 😉

I think those sticks were too long for you, Summer.
Maybe you would eat them if they were cut into small pieces? I used to give Flynn soft chewy sticks, but he would only eat them if they were broken into small pieces.
