You may have recalled a while back, I had a cat popsicle as a summer treat! These DIY chicken broth popsicles are so easy to make… but my human decided to shoot a how-to video anyway, and of course I helped lots!
This is really all we needed to make them. My human claims that it took longer with my help to assemble them, but don’t believe her. I just needed to make sure they had my paw of approval before they went in the freezer.
Anyhow, I’m really excited to show you the video! If you want to know where the popsicle mold came from — or any of the other ice cube molds in the video — you’ll find the links in the video description on YouTube!
I hope you enjoyed it! If you did, please stop by and leave a Like on YouTube! Thanks!

Dad tried these a long time ago and we liked them a lot, after they melted MOL
I love seeing you make those and taste test them!
We betcha us pups would love those too. esp on the hot days we get here.
You are so clever!
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!
I like that idea!!
I need to get mum to help me make some!

Summer! That looks totally yummy! I bet Cinnamon would live them too! She already is an ice cream fiend!
Those are clearly a hit with you. I bet some of my cats would like them. Thanks for the recipe.
Those look yummy! Mudpie has wondered how her squeezies would freeze to make a popsicle…
You were the purrfect helper! We loved the video.
This is really wonderful! I never thought about giving the cat low sodium chicken broth to help with hydration or even better – freezing it or a cooling treat.
Very nice.
Gonna give it a try Sumner. I give Princess low sodium chicken broth every day with her wet food to get more liquid in her. I’ll make a few cubes next time I buy a new container
Wow, you really wanted those popsicles in any form!!!!

Looks like the popsicles are large enough for about 3 cats to
work on at the same time. Excellent ideas to help the
kitties keep cool.
Great video! Nice to see how interested Summer is in the popsicles.
Dearest Summer,
Haha, kitty popsicles, what an idea.
Glad to see you using the very same low-sodium healthy broth as we do.
Our only problem is we have to drive 2 hours one-way to the nearest Trader Joe’s.
Hug,
Mariette
That looks like fun and we enjoyed your video sweet Summer!
Great ideas by the way! 🙂
I wonder if those kitty popsicles took longer to freeze with the light on 😉
