My human heard about a TikTok hack that suggested attacking your cat with the Christmas tree so that he wouldn’t bother it. She thought traumatizing a cat like that was a bad idea, so she set out to make a short video with me about it. But everything was wrong.
The information was too long for a short. She kept messing up her words. I kept walking off the set. It turned out that the outtakes were better than the video footage she meant to use. So we put together a blooper reel instead.
If this hack is still a thing next year, maybe we will do a proper video. But for now, here are the bad takes. I hope you enjoy them!

That idea (attacking with the Christmas tree) is right up there
with scaring a cat with a cucumber. Must have been thought up
by the same dim bulb. Maybe their mother /father beat them with
a Christmas tree when they were a baby and they just don’t know
any better.
That is a nasty hack! What are people thinking? I really dislike TikTok because most things are contrived and many verge on ill treatment, Your video is cute though.
Attacking a cat with a tree is animal abuse. Makes me and Mum angry. If we were on TikShittyTok we would report it. Mum did make an account there once but she hated the whole vibe there so soon deleted it.

What a shitty hack but a great video! When I was younger, to keep me from attacking her, TW would put a stuffie between us. I’d attack the stuffie and push it out of the way. I never bother the tree though.

Cute video. I hope a lot of folks don’t start following the tik tok video about attacking their cats with the tree. My cats are so good about the tree every year, even the ferals this year are not interested.
MOL we love dis!! I love on our Christmas tree morning, noon and night and attacking me wif it would just make me love on it even more cause then I would fink it was a play toy. We are glad you were trying to put out a PSA not to attack you furry loved one wif da tree.
