It’s Boxing Day! A holiday that Americans totally don’t get, but that cats and British humans do. Except the British humans have it wrong. It’s not about giving gift boxes to the poor, and it’s not a shopping holiday either. As far as we cats are concerned, it is all about boxes!
So I am going to play with some boxes today! Duh.

Every day here is Boxing Day, if you mean cardboard boxes for cats to enjoy!
Big or small, they are investigated, sniffed, rubbed against, and as much as each cat can fit inside is attempted.
I think Boxing Day may be better than Christmas!

Petcretary is Canadian, and she always had that holiday, too. When she joined the working world, it was an extra holiday to get paid extra if you had to work it.
She misses that day…
Since we had to postpone our family gathering from the 24th to he 26th on account of that bad storm, we might be having a Boxing Day of our own!
