I hope your humans do not have any plans Saturday night because they will have to be canceled! It is way more important that they stay home and watch Animal Planet’s My Cat From Hell. Just three episodes aired last year, but it was enough to convince anybody that its star, Jackson Galaxy, is the premier human trainer for cats! Of course he disguises his true intentions by letting others call him a “cat behaviorist,” but we kitties know the deal: it’s the humans’ behavior that causes us to act out. Correct what the humans are doing and — what a surprise! — we become nice kitties.
Jackson Galaxy is special in his field because he has such an excellent grasp of cat language, and at the same time, he speaks human really well too! He knows how to tell humans how to modify their behavior and correct their mistakes without making them feel dumb or silly. I know I couldn’t do that — when my human does something wrong, I glare at her or look at her like she is nuts. Jackson Galaxy never glares at his clients. He is always polite to them. I guess this is why most human trainers, or cat behaviorists, or whatever you want to call them, are human and not cats.

In last year's series, Jackson Galaxy actually turned this male human completely around and he became a cat guy!
So kitties, sit your humans in front of the TV this Saturday, January 7, at 8 PM Eastern and Pacific Time, and make sure they tune in to My Cat From Hell. Tomorrow is the first of six all-new one-hour episodes. Spending time with Jackson Galaxy will no doubt improve your humans’ behavior. I bet they will even enjoy learning from him — and as you know, humans always learn best when they are having a good time. Maybe you can even add your own positive reinforcement with a head butt during some of the more relevant scenes.
Sigh. My Human is extremely uncooperative when it comes to enforced programming. I will do my best, but I usually have the most luck when things I think are important come out on DVD and she can control the timing. Useless, isn’t she?
The mom never got to check it out last season cause she has 2 jobs, but she will be free tomorrow to see it. BTW, the calendar came a couple days ago and is hanging in the place of honor!
This looks like it might be a very good show. Even though I don’t have any cat friends at the moment, I’ll definitely watch the show.
even if we had a tv, our mom is too cheap to spring for cable, mol! We re big Jackson Galaxy fans and catch his video posts on YouTube. Maybe we can find this show on the internets.

TBT says he cant watch it. He gets too upset seeing the untrained Beins at the beginning. Well, he gets embarrassed fer the stoopid Beins on sit-coms, so he cant watch those either.
We wish we could get that programme here.
There is a lot on tv this weekend…we will have to tune in though.

Wow sounds like a fantastic show!!!
This is another reason we love your blog in that we never know what surprise suggestions you might have! Julie watched him last year and thought he was great. She doesn’t get Animal Planet anymore since she’s working from home now and we create our own animal planet! (will go to the site, though and look for alternatives to access it)
Tom, mom Julie & Mittens
We’ve never seen that show Sparkle but it looks like we’ll have to watch it! Thanks for telling us about it!
mY Dad likes that show, but us…not to much. Some of that hissing and carrying on scares us!
I think my publicist needs a goat behavioralist.
We shall ask the Male to record it for us so we can watch it. I hope we get Animal Planet…
He needs to come over here and adjust TW. NO ONE can change my feral ways. He wouldn’t even ATTEMPT to come here cos I’d have him for lunch. This is a dare, Mr. Galaxy, and all your tats. You couldn’t handle me.
My mommie can always use a little extra training.
It’s a great show. My human learned a few thngs last year.
We love Jackson Galaxy’s show. It’s educational and entertaining … he’s got some really great insights for cat owners everywhere. 🙂
I’m for sure going to watch this. I put my paw down with M and said it is a MUST!
Looks like fun. Too bad we don’t get Animal Planet in France!
We will make sure to catch this Saturday night. Ray has a way of sitting on top the tv and switching the channel to what WE want to watch! Happy weekend!
We don’t get that programme over here so it looks like Mum will just be her usual naughty self!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
We love Jackson Galaxy! We’ll make sure our mom is watching…she needs some more training!
We love this show! Some of those humans are very stupid and it’s really fun to see the human trainer get them straightened out so their cats can be happy.
We don’t have that channel, so guess we can’t see it. I totally agree that most of cats problems are human related. I hate to say this, but I think a lot of the problems of some of the cats, is that they don’t get outside. They work off all their energy when they are outside hunting, climbing real trees etc. I know, they are safer inside. And also, when living in towns, you can’t very well let the cats outside. Take care, have a great Friday.
We love this show!!! We’re waiting with fish breath fur “Must Love Cats”, “Housecat Housecalls” , etc. too!!! Have a supurr weekend!
Thanks for the heads up. I’ll try to get HH to turn on that channel at the right time so we can watch it. Have a great day.
pawhugs, Max
Kins we gets dat show on da computer? cuz we jus got basic cable.
Sounds likes a good show to get our momz brudder to watch…

You will be able to watch some of the clips at the Animal Planet page for the show – the links are in my post. They may also become available on iTunes after they run on TV — I know that was the case last year. And last year’s My Cat From Hell episodes can be purchased at Amazon.com!
Hmm, this fella sounds sensible. I wonder if we get this show out here… *checking Animal Planet*
We’ve not watched this before…we’re going to ask Daddy to download it for us….err, for his retraining…
