One day, all this equipment appeared in the enclosed patio. My human’s boyfriend spent an afternoon messing with it to get it assembled. It’s supposed to be workout equipment for humans, but I decided to come up with a Kitty Workout so we cats can use it too.
I put a lot of time and thought into this workout so I hope you appreciate it!
Before starting your workout, you need to rub on all the exercise equipment so any other cat who happens by knows that it belongs to you.
Next you should pick a weight that is challenging, but not so heavy that you can’t do reps with good form. Unfortunately, this 25-lb. weight does not qualify. It’s too heavy for me. Maine Coons weigh that much, and I know I can’t pick up one of them!
When you are done using your weights, always put them away so other kitties and humans don’t trip on them.
You can use this part of the weight bench to develop your balance and grace.
You can also use this part to work on your balance. It is actually kind of hard!
When you are done with your workout, always make sure you stretch! Stretching reduces muscle fatigue and helps decrease post-workout soreness.
I hope you enjoyed my Kitty Workout, and will add it to your exercise routine!
You need to pump more iron — you still don’t look very Mewscular!!!
Work smarter! Not harder! <3
Cutest workout ever. You don’t need to workout sweetie. Adorable on the equipment

These are great workout tips, Summer. My favorite part is stretching when I am at the end of my workout. 🙂

Weight just a minute, I’m tired from that workout pretty Summer!
Excellent tutorial, Summer. We’re all about the stretching here.
Stretches are SO important. We regularly try out the treadmill and cannot understand why we get complaints. The tread is very comfy ….
Summer, it’s time to get to the gym for us! And you’re looking super beautiful as always mew mew mew!
Summer, you have me ready to start!
Great job on the workout, you should make an exercise video for kitties. Funny how Binga doesn’t show up for exercise. 🙂
Most excellent workout! I shall get right on it!!!
Nellie would say, in a very sarcastic voice RRRiiighhttttt…..

PS
I know I have your snail mail address somewhere, but I can’t find it. I wanted to send a little something to those that attended Nellie’s 19th Birthday. Could you please send it to Nellieontheedge @ gmail.com
You are so adorable, Summer! Keeping one’s balance is very impawtant!
That was quite the workout Summer! We took notes!
I’d sign up immediately if you were teaching the class BUT know what? I actually think I could handle this anyway – I love to stretch, run (especially run), and while the heaviest weight I lift is only the weight of a catanip mouse, I bet I could do more than that! Thanks for inspiring me Summer!
Hugs, Teddy
You look so cute in these pictures!
Now we know, how you keep your model figure intact!
The one where you’re on the “balance beam” is super cute!!
You’re so smart, Summer! I don’t think you need to work out much though, you’re purr-fect!!!

That’s one way to keep your girlish figure, Summer. 😉
We like your workout. Where’s your workout outfit? And headband? Oh yeah, we could definitely see you in an exercise outfit. You could start a new trend Summer. Cool exercise room. OK, we gotta head to the gym! Purrs
