You might recall that my human got a couple of big boxes of cat toys, treats and swag from the Cat Writers Association conference to donate to local rescues. Yesterday, she finally made it over to Kitty Bungalow to give them their box. Figures that she would show up in the middle of the afternoon when everybody was napping! But I thought you might like seeing a few of the cats anyway. The kitty above, Sukie, was very sweet and had awesome markings.
This black kitty was also very nice… although I think he got a little bored with being photographed incessantly!
This girl above was my human’s favorite, even if she did not get to touch her. She was very playful but quite shy, which is awesome considering that she was completely wild and feral when she first came to Kitty Bungalow. They did not think they would be able to tame her at all. It took a long time for her to come around. Kitty Bungalow specializes in helping feral kittens become adoptable, and so far they have had a 100% success rate!
Kitty Bungalow has big plans for next year and my human got to see the skeleton of the facility they are building. I am hoping to have some awesome news, and lots more kitty photographs from them by next spring!
