Do you ever wonder what my days are like? Well, yesterday was a typical day, so I will tell you about it. After breakfast, my human brought out a couple of new outfits for me to try on. Right from the start, I wasn’t too sure about the first one.
Once my human got the elf hat on me, I could tell it was a big loser! It was so uncomfortable. And who do they make these one-size-fits-all hats for? Intact Maine Coon male cats? It was huge. I think my human should write them and give them a lesson in proper cat costume making. No wonder cats hate wearing things so much. So I won’t be putting this one on again. Maybe I will let Binga have it.
This Christmas sweater was much better! Can you believe it came from CVS? I could totally wear this next time my human and I go somewhere cold.
A lot of times my human combines my dressing up and training sessions. That’s so that I get used to doing my fun tricks with outfits on. Notice that I’m not touching the bell in this photo. This time my human was helping me learn how to stay without waving my paws around or trying to ring the bell. I do all that sort of reflexively, and she wants me to be able to sit still when she tells me to stay. She had to put the bell a couple of feet away from me while I stayed, so I wouldn’t try to ring it. Then she gradually moved it closer.
I also helped my human pack our Secret Paws gifts and ship them off to their destination! I really hope the kitties receiving them enjoy them. (Oops, now you know it is going to a family with more than one cat!)
But I want to know one thing: why does this Christmas card have Binga’s picture on it, and my human doesn’t have any holiday cards featuring me? There are loads of them at my Zazzle shop, and people have even bought them! She’d better fix that soon.
So that was my day yesterday! As you can see, I was busy. Don’t worry, I took out time to play with my pipe cleaner and my Neko Fly toys too.
