Well, well! Let’s see how my catnip plant is doing.
This is how it looked three weeks ago, when the gardener planted it.
This is it yesterday. Hmmm. It hasn’t grown much.
I may have to wait a while for fresh nip.

MY mom managed to kill MY catnip! I hope she gets more. I am embarrassed to have the only catnip killing mommy.
It’s doing better than mine…my seeds are still in the package. Uh…”someone” still hasn’t planted it…
As many other commenters have said, at least it’s alive! If it were at my house, it’d be long dead by now.
It’s green, not brown or black. We think that might be about the best you can hope for.
Mebbe you better plant a back-up plant.
Yer Nip plant looks good ta us. About as good as ours ever get. A hint though… Pinching off a couple leafs just makes new ones grow at the same spot. So ya don’t lose annything pinching off a few leafs.
An yer Bein should try pinchin off a whole branch an puttin it inna bud vase. They GROW ROOTS an can be planted inside inna sunny window all Winter!
I think I’m happy to see it’s still there : )
Did you ever heard plant love someone to talk too , nip may need your purrs to grow quick !
xoxo
We hope it’ll be worth the wait Sparkle!
Well, it’s not dead…….
Tell your human that taking a leaf or so off at a time will encourage it to branch out and grow more. So you should be able to enjoy a little now.
Drats Sparkle
And we were hoping for a nip pawty this weekend!

I am a little bit worried that some of the lower leaves are looking brownish. Stay strong, catnip plant!
Hope you get to chew on the tasty plant real soon!
Our nips are getting eaten by introoders 🙁
Fresh nip. Mmmmm, the best kind. Worth the wait.
Oh man there is NOTHING like fresh nip! I hope it grows really tall for you!
Oh for COD’S sake Sparkle. We think the soil at your house must be cursed.
Well it’s still alive! That’s something, isn’t it?
Sparkle? Do you think we could possibly see a photo of your floofy coffee bean toes? Pretty please?
Purrs,
The Chans
The plant has gotten bigger. Patience my darling, it’s only been three weeks. Maybe if you give your mom the sad kittie look, maybe she’ll snap you a little piece.
Well at least it’s thriving ~ mom killed ours off! xx
At least you have a garden. I have to say I’m a bit jealous…
Looks edible to me!
Good thing it’s labeled. Now it won’t get pulled up again. It bet it’s gonna be gorgeous come spring!
Me thinks yous guys could at leas has a leaf or 2….. Just so yous can tast it

Nellie
It will be well worth the wait Sparkle!
Our windowsill nip grows crazy fast. At least yours is still alive.
We bet you could harvest a little bit…just to tide you over. Mom looked on our balcony last night and decided it is time to pull up the plants from the planters…it froze and it looks kind of sad out there. 🙂
Maybe some *alien cat is getting to it, Sparkle. You should set up a cat surveillance system!
Actually, we think it’s looking good, spreading out! Surely it won’t be much longer before you can indulge in a fresh nip fest.
I don’t know…but it looks bigger to me! I think you should at least get a leaf or 2 to nibble on while it grows.
Don’t give up Sparkle. It takes a little while for the nip to get going. It looks great to us. Won’t be long for you to have some nip. Take care.
Hang in there, Sparkle. Pretty soon you will have so much nip, you wont know what to do with it.
At least it’s not brown and withered like some we could mention!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
Well, at least it’s still alive, Sparkle!!
Good to see it’s still alive!!! That’s purrogress!
