Since I am usually pretty obliging when it comes to wearing stuff, my human wanted to put some Mardi Gras beads on me last week. Note that there was no Mardi Gras post last week because what she found were not Mardi Gras beads!
I didn’t want to embarrass myself, or my human for that matter. So I refused to post these photos on schedule.
Still, she persisted. She even made me sit up for more photos.
I was totally patient with her.
At least for a while. Now somebody needs to tell her the party’s been over for a week and a half.

Poor Summer, you do look pretty indignant about the ordeal too. Actually, they don’t look too bad sweetie — not up to your usual standard, but not too bad. Sometimes we have to humor the humans and let them have their way. It’s just the way it is between us kitties and our humans.

That’s a plague with these humans to want to dress up their cats. I got my lesson, all 4 went on strike ! For all special occasions ! The only one who doesn’t care when I put something on him is Arthur, but to do that he has to be deeply asleep !
That’s human logic. They bought them, so they feel they must use them :/
