My human and I went out front for a few test photos. Actually, we would have had the real shoot today except 1) her camera battery was low and she didn’t have a spare on hand, and 2) my fur was messy and my tail was staticky. She says I need a bath! Anyhow, she decided to take photos until the battery ran out of juice. And we discovered that, in the locations we were using, the patches of light were really nice.
Of course, while we were out, we had to do some portraits.
The main purpose of the photos were really for the stairs, and we found the sunbeams were dancing nicely there too.
My human kept moving me around on the stairs, trying to find exactly the right amount of tiny sunbeams landing on me in the most flattering places.
Of course it turned out that her favorite portrait of me on the stairs didn’t have any of that.
I hope you enjoyed the photos! I had a nice time outside posing for them.

Summer, we had a beautiful day like that yesterday too. If I could have been out I would have loved lying in the sunpuddles. But Mom was out and she pranced around like a kitten.
