It’s been a little while since I’ve had a training session outside, so getting to do that yesterday was a treat!
And I got treats too!
We worked a lot on my sitting up skills. My human thinks I get too grabby, and wanted me to practice sitting up without my paws “flailing around.” Of course, she tried taking photos at the same time and most of them (when they were in focus) turned out like the incredibly awkward photo above.
Even when she got me doing it correctly, I looked freakish.
Of course we did the standard tricks, like high five!
Also paw shakes. The thing we were working on was having me look in her direction. A lot of times I give high fives and paw shakes but I’m looking away. It’s much more engaging when I’m looking at the human offering a hand.
This actually required a lot of concentration!
Did I mention I got treats?
