Here’s a little known fact: My human gets smaller bags of my breakfast food so she has to buy them more often. That way, I get to go on more pet shop visits! Because 1) they make me happy, and 2) they are an opportunity for me to practice my social skills.
Even though I know this pet shop almost as well as my own house, there is always something new to see, smell, and rub on.
Of course I always need to make sure the food smells the same, and the companies haven’t changed the formulas.
And I always need to check the cat toys to see if there is anything new!
This was an especially fun trip because customers wanted to visit with me!
I made another new friend while my human was paying for my food.
And before we left, I had to spend some time with all the cool chew sticks and treats. That was a great visit!

When you walk into most stores there are aisles and aisles of stuff for dogs and only a few aisles for cat items. We don’t think it is fair, too! Glad you had a fun trip, Summer.

The other day at our pet shop, *she* saw a pup sniffing in the treats in the aisle she was in…and that dog thought he had hit the treat jackpot-buffet!

too far away. I enjoy the pictures though.
You had a really great visit! We especially liked that you could check the kibble bags for good smells. TBT just buys ours at Walmart (and we like what he brings home). And seeing those tall stacks of cans was great too. We need our pantry refilled. We are purrsonally afraid of new places and even seeing the car in the garage makes us think we are going to the vet.
