Happy 5th Birthday to Me!

It is Summer's 5th birthday and she is wearing a birthday hat

Can you believe I am already five years old? I can’t! Maybe I should start fibbing about my age, like my human does.

The important thing about birthdays, really, is the cake. This one is duck, with freeze-dried chicken sprinkles. Doesn’t it look delicious?

So I didn’t! It was delicious. And how fun to eat it al fresco. I bet you are wondering if I shared with Binga and Boodie.

The answer would be no! It wasn’t that big. In fact, except for the sprinkles, it was almost exactly the same size as what I get for dinner.

Of course, I had a bath after my cake and some bird watching.

My pals Pipo, Dalton and Benji sent me this nice card, made by their human.

    Happy, Happy Birthday, Summer! We can see you had an awesome treat and we hope the rest of your day was filled with love and kisses. We’re sorry we missed your day yesterday. We spent it mostly hiding under covers while our Mom and Dad talked with a friend of yours, Ramona Marek about all things cats. She even brought us treats and a long feather! Here’s to many, many, many more great birthdays!
