It was six years ago this month that we cats spent a few days at the Cat Hotel while our old house was being tented for termites. The three of us had a deluxe suite with a view.
At first I was really worried that I was being abandoned. I mean, it wasn’t my fault all those bugs got in the house!
But then I discovered this place was cool! My human came to visit every day and we were allowed to wander around periodically. There was a lot of stuff to explore!
Best of all was an area called the Enchanted Forest — it was a kitty’s dream come true!
The only one who was not happy was Binga. She was grouchy for the whole three days we were there. She spent her time either slapping Boodie or talking trash to the cat next door, who enjoyed taunting her. Binga was a very bad guest at the Cat Hotel.
She was totally missing out! I almost didn’t want to leave. I knew there was no Enchanted Forest back home.
By the way, my human spent more to put us up at the Cat Hotel than she and her boyfriend paid for the fleabag motel they stayed in!
P.S. We like the 4th pic. the best!
Cool Sparkle! Any of thos in OHIO? Our humans HATE leaving us alone when they go to hotels! Well,we’re not TOTALY alone stinky old “Grandpa” comes over to feed us but he is not a cat person (he’s a dog person!) and he don’t play with us. To much alone time. So we were wondering if 1 of thos are in OHIO.
Seems like you tried to make the best of it, Sparkle. It does look like a nice hotel, but home is better!
Sparkle, your human chose wisely. Your mom could leave her fleabag motel, but her furkids spent 24/7 in theirs. I LOVE the enchanted forest! We will have to send photos to our Opa! Perhaps he will make one for us… he made us a kitteh spiral staircase and catwalks, which we just love, last year!
You had a GREAT Inn ta stay at! Skeeter an LC hadda stay at one once an the cages was all there was. They dint like it.
Oh, I’ve never been to a cat hotel! It looks a little like the place I lived before I chose Dad. Victor says that Bonnie stayed at a pet hotel once, but what she said about it can’t be repeated. *blush* Mom says mosquitoes aren’t as big a problem here as in California. I think I’m glad.

That was a cool cat hotel!…Of course, your Mommy has her priorities right about your exclusive accomodations :)…Hope you all have a fun weekend…kisses…Calle, Halle, Sukki
We wish we had an enchanted forest.
You guys! It looks pretty enchanted where you live already – so much room to wander and explore. I am housebound – not so enchanted.
That’s a cool looking hotel! At one time our mommy wanted to open up a kitty hotel like that but now she wants to open a place for homeless kitties. We think that even though she’s a squizillion and two she doesn’t know what she wants to be when she grows up.
Wow what a fancy looking hotel! We have never been in a hotel before – it looks great. Our mom would probably spend more for us than herself too, if we did ever need to stay in a hotel!
Well, we can’t concieve of it happening any other way! Your Human maybe just shoulda stayed with you…she could’ve talked a little trash to that hussy next cage over that was lippin’ Binga!
That enchanted forest looks so cool!! My cats would love it there!
Well, of course you shoulda been given the deluxe accomodations and the humans get the crummy place!! We love that enchanted forest. We think you all should start bugging your human until she puts an enchanted forest in your house!
pee ess. we got your book yesterday! we’re gonna have our mom read it to us this weekend!
It looks like a great time!
Guess what? My mom person & I have created a new blog at http://www.PetBlogsUnited.com.
We’d love it if you would come over and check it out & become a member. It’s a great new place for pet bloggers to find each other, and get an opportunity to be a featured blog!
Nubbin wiggles,

MOL~!!! Well they SHOULD pay more for the superior ones! We mean REALLY! And Binga…Skeeter totally understands about the trash talkin’. She would do the same…
We especially luff that last pic, Sparkle. Purrrfect form.
P.S. Tasha says to tell you she is not angry in her photo today (or at least we don’t think so!). She always does that with her ears – perhaps because she has impaired vision? We call her Owl Ears.
She also says to say she sympathizes with Binga NOT liking the cat hotel. Torties do not like to be in cages!
That’s a really nice cat hotel! Wish we had one like that around here. The Enchanted Forest is amazing!
Very nice hotel there. I think I would have liked the forest too!
I’m glad the bugs got gone so that you could get to go home!
As cat-stay-places go, that one looks nice. The enchanted forest is a pretty neat feature. I am glad you only had to stay for 3 days, because home is best.
Well there were 3 of you and only two of them and besides cats need more stuff than humans do…
We love that enchanted forest- wouldn’t they let you take it home. We are delighted that you had first class accommodation it’s what you deserved.
Wow, that Enchanted Forest is incredible! No wonder your cat hotel cost more than the human one. LOL.
BTW, Annie’s never been to a cat hotel, but we know she’d be a VERY bad guest!
We think the enchanted forest looks really fun 🙂 Glad you don’t have termites anymore, they are a worry in my neck of the woods too!
Well, of course your living space should cost more den the oomans!!
That is one cool hotel!
That cat hotel does look great and tons of fun. That is pretty funny that your motel cost more than Mom’s did. But after, you are the most important part of that family. Hope you have a splendid week end.
And that is the way it should be, Sparkle.
Oh Binga… you’re so bootiful and SO bad!! *swoon*
