It’s time again for some outtakes, so I can show you what happens around here when cat photography goes wrong! Like in the above photo. I have no idea why I was looking at these poop bags like they were some delectable cat treats. What was I thinking?
Along with giving me treats, my human sometimes pulls out a fun toy to keep me lively during photo sessions. I think I was a little too lively with this toy — I kept pulling out those purple strands. After every photo session my human wound up picking up and tossing about 5 or 6 of the strands, and now there are hardly any left on the stick.
This outtake was definitely treat motivated! As if you couldn’t tell.
My bikini photo session had a lot of outtakes! This awkward pose was just one of many.
Why did my human decide to snap a photo at just the moment when I looked my goofiest? It’s really embarrassing.
This photo of Binga isn’t really an outtake, just one that never got used for anything. But I know you like seeing photos of her, so I thought I’d add it.

Summer, you might be a wee bit too hard on your human. I’m sure that she is trying her best, and she does shoot wonderful photos of you!

Fun outtakes. Binga looks like she knows the same game our Rufus the Red plays on the stairs. Our cat sitter invented it while we were away. It’s called, “Pet me or fall down the stairs”… It’s especially effective in the dark.
Love the outtakes. TW bought a wand toy where the ribbons come out and unravel and she stopped using it cos she’s afraid I’ll swallow one. As if I’m that dumb.

Please don’t be discouraged when it looks like people don’t see your blog posts (as you said on facebook) Don’t look at the numbers, look at the people you make smile! Even if it were one person, you made their day and it’s worth it! But I know you have lots of followers. Not everyone comments every time.. But you have to know you have a much loved blog here!
Is Binga trying to join the ranks of serial killers? ‘Cause I’m thinking she is purrfectly positioned for her first(?) kill.

In the first first bikini photo outtake, your front legs remind me of Toto from the Wizard of Oz. In the food-motivated outtake, if you photoshop out your tongue, you’d look like you’re talking.

Those were fun pictures! And that sure is a steep spiral staircase.
Petcretary shudders to think how many times she would be in a heap at the bottom…her and stairs are not a good combo, even if the stairs are ‘normal’…just ask her family about the tally of stairs competing to trip her up, MOL!
Binga…if you look at the picture just right, looks as though she is Venus rising from an oyster shell…the stairs if you blur them with squinty eyes could serve as the pleated-look shell.

Dear Summer, Please forgive us for not gifting you with your favorite bed from The Cat Style Lounge. Momma Kat tipped Mom and Dad off and said we should give it to you, but we love beds and caving, and with eight of us there are never enough.
