It’s my human’s birthday, so how is she celebrating? Yes, she is being treated to dinner at one of her favorite restaurants. You know, like a normal birthday girl. But she is also celebrating by having me wear these different cat birthday hats. So let’s get started!
There is a whole bag of these cheap paperboard birthday hats. And surprisingly, this one doesn’t look half bad! It fits pretty well between my ears and is actually comfy.
On the other hand, this hat probably costs as much as the whole bag of cheap hats (which was, like, $4.99), and it doesn’t work. At all. In fact, it was so obviously too big, I’m surprised my human brought it home at all.
My human had high hopes for this one. And it is the prettiest and brightest out of all of them. But honestly, I hated wearing it and couldn’t get it off fast enough! You’ll see more of this one, and the hat just before it, on my outtake blog post in a few days.
And of course, there is this Party City special. The little birthday cake started off on either a headband or a hair clip and wound up being made into a hat for me. Normally I don’t mind wearing it, but after that other hat, I decided I was done. You can see me posing nicely with it on in this card from my Zazzle shop:
Which birthday hat is your favorite? Let me know in the comments!
