Summer, our mom needed a smile today and she knew just the place to come to. We’re sorry we haven’t been visiting – we’ve missed reading about your activities.
Joanne!! I want you to know, that I LOVE your book “The Tiniest Tiger!”
My two favorite pictures in that book, are when Gracie is talking with Mrs. Lion, and then the one where Gracie is talking with Mrs. Bobcat! (so many readers love the drawing of Mrs. Bobcat)
If I didn’t know from the text, I would have thought that those were ROARS!
“Roar.” Whenever a handsome male cat is being courted by pretty female cats, usually his father and sister get angry, and Roar, Hiss, and Ffft to show their displeasure!
Yep, made us yawn too! Too funny. Very nice pictures capturing this graceful movement. Mom says cats and dogs yawn due to 3 reasons, being sleepy, bored or stressed. We just want more attention and treats. Love the pics today! Purrs
So cute, and of course I yawned too!
You could scare a grizzly bear with that yawn!
Hear me roar!!
Bodacious
From start to finish! How cool!
I thought you were going to roar!
That’s a great yawn.
I think I could see your lunch!

That was a goodie and sure made me yawn along with you sweet Summer!
I’ll bet that yawn felt good!
We always say that the whiskers going straight forward like that is the first warning sign of an impending yawn!
Excellent technique. And very good use of the paw propping you up while you put the effort in. Advanced move!
Pawsome!
We love how the whiskers spread out.So does mum 😉
