Let’s see how that scraggly little catnip plant is doing. I am almost afraid to look.
This is amazing — it actually has grown! I will have to send my human out to pinch it back so it stays bushy. I hope she doesn’t mess it up.
And wait a minute — do you see what I see?
Could it be… the catnip plant that the gardener so callously murdered — coming back to life?
It’s a better day after all!
I am really in love with your cat and the way you created your blog around her. I am pretty sure she appreciates the way you speak on her name :). I am a cat lover and cat owner myself and I understand every bit of emotion you share, most people don’t get us…but who cares. Kisses and hugs.
Well that’s wonderful, good news indeed! Being in the mint family, it is hard to kill, but my cats succeeded…they tore it right out by the roots : (
…and there was much rejoicing!!!
Catnips are pretty Tough. My AAB thought she killed two in one week, and then it came back! (Usually her murders are more permanent.)
That was a super-a-citing graden tour, Sparkle!! Look at THAT! A plant and a half! I hope that when she “pniches” it, the pinches are immediately delivered to you.
Ours finally bit the dust! You’re lucky to have TWO!!
The Florida Furkids and Angel Sniffie
Thank goodness, Sparkle. I would hate to think of the torture required if you didn’t have fresh catnip as desired.
That’s exciting to see your nip plant doing so well Sparkle! We guess it helps when the gardener actually realizes it’s an important plant and not weeds!
Concats for your Human ; )
Great job !!!! Finally, Nip is survive !!!!

it’s a “pre-Christmas” MIRACLE!!!! OMC!!!
I have to tell you, your Mom did a zillion times better with her catnip plant than mine did with mine! Mom killed mine last year! MOL!
Your catnip plant looks like it is doing great and you have a new baby catnip plant, too. You are lucky kitties. I wish I could send you some of my extra weight, too. Has your Mom tried a high quality kitten food to help you gain weight? It sure worked for me.

I can see you’re going to have to have a New Year Eve catnip pawty.

Just purr-roves you can’t keep a purrfectly good catnip plant down. Rappy, Jetikins and Calli
Tell your mom to hurry up and pinch off a piece like now. You’ve been patiently waiting for soo long for some fresh ones since the gardener pulled up the other one way back when. There’s two plants now :), so a little pinch now won’t hurt.
And just in the nip of time too!
Catnip! Such a piece of vegetation! I’m glad your human is obedient – you’ve got to keep them in line. It’s so good to see that the other catnip plant is rising back up. Just goes to show that everything, plants included, lives in absolute deferential submissive acquiescence to us cats!
Wow. Two catnip plants. You are one lucky cat!
Its Nipitini time!
Now wouldn’t that be cool if it did come back and you had TWO catnip plants?
wow – that plant looks very….nommy!!!! we gotta get mom to grow some on the balcony next year!
Don’t fret cos the gardener will prolly pull the small one out again as a weed unless the human speaks up. I gotta tell TW that you have to pinch back the nip plant because ours is long and stringy. BTW, you and I are two of the only cats we know who really show our emotions on our faces and that’s a good thing.
Wait … does this mean you have “Zombie ‘Nip”, Sparkle???
Selina
Yay for stubborn catnip plants! Thank you for all your visits and purrs for Yoko – Mom has had her hands full trying to keep up with all of us!
What a bonus Sparkle – it’s like an early Christmas present!
Luv Hannah and Lucy xx xx
That’s pretty cool! Mom Paula hasn’t let us have any catnip yet!
Truffle and Brulee
That qualifies as garden status in our books! Double the nip–this is great. How long till you get some of the fresh leaves from the larger plant? 🙂
Whoohoo! It’s almost time for a nip fest!!
It looks great! Conga Rats!!! Our hidden sprig is living too.
That is so exciting that now you have two plants. You three girls are going to have an abundance of catnip.
What fun.
Take care and have a great day.
We’d even call that a pre-Christmas miracle.
Woohooo, does it mean we are going to have a Nip Party soon?
WOW! Your plant is looking great! Yoo obvsly have green paws! xx
Well done!!!
Purrs,
The Chans
Your catnip is doing better than mine – I have none!!
Your little plant is doing well, and what a bonus for the other one to be recovering.
