Even though I’ve been out of town a couple of times this month, my outside time at home has been sorely lacking. So my human took me out to the backyard for a winter stroll. It was a bit chilly (for California), so I wore my raspberry hoodie.
This is the time of year in southern California when the colors change. Meaning, from brown to green! Those are mostly the only two colors we get. And yes, we still get some blooms.
Because it has been a while, there was a lot to see out here!
Mostly I just wanted to sit and look at everything. I could have been out there a lot longer, but my human wanted me to go back inside. I think she is a bit of a spoilsport. If she was cold, she should have been dressed more warmly.
I think she made me go inside way too early! Don’t you?

That is nice that you got to go outside for a walk. It’s been so cold here I was only able to take Frankie and Chris out one time since moving here.
Summer
You I wear the color raspberry very well. I miss California, I was born there long ago but will always be a California Girl just like you.
Summer, I love that color on you! Be careful going from indoors to outdoors. The temperature changes can cause a kitty to catch a cold!
Too bad you didn’t get to walk longer. The hoodie looks great. Do you still wear it?
I love that color on you!
You look so cute in your hoodie Summer.
Moms never want us to have any fun! 😉
Well, considering it was a planned stroll, your human should have planned better. I love the sweater, great color. You look happy enjoying the great outdoors. We have single digits here. Hibernation mode
Raspberry might be your best color yet, Summer Samba!
Maybe Santa will bring her a hoodie like yours for Christmas so she’ll stay warmer when she takes you outside and you can stay out longer. Winks.
You look as though you were having a good time. Maybe you can go out again!
We think that hoodie really, really suits you, Summer.
Here, we have wind and rain today, so no outside time for us!
Purrs,

Well that’s just unfair. If it’s your stroll, you should have been able to decide when to go back inside! MOL!
I’d love to see the hoodie on her head! I wish I had worked with the girls with harness and leash training.
Sorry you didn’t get to have a longer stroll. You look so cute in your hoodie.
I must admit I am guilty too. Twenty minutes is about my limit with Frankie and then maybe fifteen with Chris.
We love your hoodie, Summer. And we agree that you should have had more time outside. Maybe tomorrow?
I love you in that pink hoodie, Summer! Your comfort and warmth is what’s important, right?
You definitely went in too early. Maybe you could have loaned her your hoodie.
I love your raspberry hoody, the colour does suit. I think you must be the belle of the ball . . . certainly the best dressed winter perambulator in California. Now as to outdoor time, I have to say besides night time hunting trips it is really overrated.

It’s disappointing when you have to go in before you are ready. Tell your human to dress warmer next time!
Well at least it was a little outing in beautiful crisp weather. Just wait till it gets warmer! Fun times! Love your hoodie sweetie. Purrs
You look so pawsome in that shade of pink!
Rory says: “MOL, you call THAT “winter”!? That’s SUMMER, Summer!
Summer your pink hoodie with the sparkly star is just too cute. I might be kinda jealous of it. LOL
Hugs Cecilia
It looks like you were having lots of fun outside ! Your human should dress warmer next time. Purrs
You still have blooms?? Wonderful!
You look sweet in your hoodie.
Wowzie – what fabulous photos! And that hoodie is too much of the cute!
Next time she better bundle up and let you decide when you’re ready to go in. You looked like you were enjoying yourself very much. Our mommy squee’d at your cuteness. Again.
things are turning green?! we won’t see any green in our part of the world for another five months….
Winter stroll? Winter in California? HA!!
You look wonderful in your pink hoodie, looks like a nice outing. Sometimes Moms get busy and forget their jackets, but she’ll never let you go out underdressed – give her a break this time sweetie.
Yes, too early as you look like you were having a lot of fun!

You should be able to be outside as long as you want. Your mum needs to dress warmly so she can stay out longer.
And it’s not even Winter yet, Summer! You take your human outdoors again, and make sure she wears more clothes!
Glad you got outside Summer. Too bad you couldn’t have stayed out longer. Maybe she will take you out again sometime.
Without that pink hoodie you could really blend in with the
leaves. The birdies might even come down next to you….maybe.
Anyway, maybe you can go out again very soon.
She should have worn her pink hoodie. 🙂
I’m glad you enjoyed your out n’ about in your pretty hoodie sweet Summer!
You look great in that pink hoodie! And of course you should have been outside longer.
You look like you are properly attired for the outdoors.
It also seems you were having fun.
We agree that your human ended your excursion way too early!

Your mommy should have dressed warmer……
