Just call me the Brenda Starr of kitties!

Check it all out:

This was almost like “rescue week” on my blog — I had several posts that covered that topic, along with my usual (or unusual) activities:

That’s it for this week’s Caturday Report! If you see a good news item around the internet, send me a link and I may include it next week!

Wow, we missed a lot this week! We read the ant story…our human is shuddering. She HATES ants, and we always get some in the house each summer, carpenter ants the last few years. She hopes they don’t actually have a nest in the walls. Anyway, we hope that takes care of the ant problem for you, Sparkle. Except maybe finding dead ants for a while. Yuck.

We loved Binga’s photo session! The turret is a pretty cool spot.

And our human says even she could manage that no-sew cat bed (she does NOT sew, can barely sew on a button).

    Purrs and peace.

There was a lot of good stuff this week. The ant story sure didn’t sound like any fun. Like the comment about making a bed for a cat, just put a box in the room, and they automatically have a bed. You all have a great day.

That bed looks pawsome! The behavior tracking project…. we dunno. Do we really want the hoomins to know more about us? On the other paw, Mom says it’s good for them to have solid evidence and understanding about us, not just reacting to some stupid bias about feline kind.

Sparkle, what a great way to do Saturdays: a news round-up! Well at least there is SOMETHING in North Carolina we can support for a change! MOL!

And we’re voting for you sweetie! GOOD LUCK!

Thanks Sparkle for letting us know what has been going on around the internet. Mom found the post at CJ’s Paw Pad excellent. She was quite disappointed not to be able to find any Pet CPR classes within 150 miles of here. This new feature on Saturday is becoming one of our favorites. Have a great weekend. I saw that n-sew cat bed – almost easy enough for someone like me – but my kitties use a real bed – so no need. Still a nifty little item.

Such a busy week! We love good news too……my Mom is SO LAME when it comes to sewing but as some others have said – even SHE could make that bed! Thanks for all the stories – I try to keep up during the week but it’s not easy – I’m so busy! (haha)

    Hugs, Sammy

Our mom always wondered how those fringe beds were made. Now that she has seen the instructions, she wants to make us some. And we remember that horrible fire CJ was in. Mom took special interest in it as it was close to where she grew up. Glad he’s doing good.

Oh Sparkle! What a week! Especially the ant part. Wes had the same problem! But we caught it early. We just sprayed the nasty stuff outside. Vinegar inside (they hates vinegar) and they is GONE! Thank Cod!
And my Mommy says she won’t make a cat be until your human does!
