My Facebook fan page has been growing by leaps and bounds! (But of course it should — I am all about leaping and bounding.) Since last December, it has grown from around 150 fans to over 900.
I can’t wait to get to 1,000 and was wondering what to do to celebrate when that happens. After some careful thought, I came up with a great idea: I will give the thousandth fan to join my page a PAWtographed copy of my first book, Dear Sparkle: Advice From One Cat to Another (which has won some awards, even if it didn’t get an award from Writer’s Digest)!

So I will be watching my fan numbers very closely and as soon as number 1,000 joins up, I will lay down my paw and make the announcement!

I haven’t joined Facebook yet. I’m not sure I ever will, but if I do I’ll be sure to become a fan. I pride myself on being a computer geek of the highest order, but I can’t figure out what Facebook is all about. I still hope you reach 1000 soon.
