Oh hey, Sparkle– Livvy still hasn’t coughed up any disgusting juicy hairballs, but one of my other cats did today! And I got PHOTOS! So, if you decide to have a contest on hairballs, I’m IN, baby! Might as well start writing my name on that Furminator!

Hey Sparkles. Shandy our cat told me how about the kitties sending in a photo showing them in action using their best talent, you know, like biting and scratching Mum & Dad when they go to use the non-Furminator on the fur (that shows co-operation – with the cat’s principle that she/he can groom her/his own fur, although I would say it shows non-cooperation with the human who is just trying her/his best to get rid off the fur-balls). May the fur-balls be terminated. Thanks for the competition says Shandy.

I’m sorry, but I have to vote for hairballs. I’ve blogged cat poo and pee and no one ran away in horror.

Oh, what’s that? Your human still won’t approve?

Well, then. How ’bout asking readers to send in pictures of their kittehs’ favorite nap spots. Has to be a spot where it’s unmistakable that a cat sleeps there 18 hours a day. The deeper the crater, the better. We have one on the back of our couch. It is full of hair, of course, as required in the Cat Manual, Page 275.

In my house we have brushing day, when I brush all 6 cats with the furminator. Usually there is enough spare hair to make a whole new kitten… I would rather do that than clean hairballs off my quilt.
