Remember how my human went to the Cat Writers Conference a couple of months ago and brought home some awards for me? And I sort of mentioned off-handedly that she also won a couple of awards herself? Well, one of the awards had a trophy to go with it that wasn’t ready for her at the conference. In fact, she thought maybe there wasn’t a trophy at all. She didn’t care — she was honored enough to just win the award in the first place! But a few weeks later, something did show up on our doorstep:
The article that won the award was about adopting shelter kittens, and while I think that is a very worthy thing to write about, I wonder why she has to use my blog to show off her trophy! But I guess I will let her. She doesn’t win awards very often. I am the main award-winner in the family.
