Have you ever wondered why we kitties seem to age better than humans do? We are far more agile, playful and we hunt just as fiercely way into what a human would perceive as “old age.” Well, that’s because we cats don’t do dumb things like celebrate New Year’s. In fact, we don’t keep track of time at all! We don’t know we’re supposed to get old, so we forget to do it.
So excuse me while I go back to bed. New Year’s day? What year? I don’t even know what day it is.
