on the pricey. What I want to know is how much are you willing to spend on collars - I mean,
necklaces - for yourselves? Maybe that'll put things in perspective for you. If not - or if you really
are on a budget, then I've put together a selection of designer-look collars for under $20. Some are
even under $10. So don't you dare say you can't afford to get your cat a new collar! With the cat collars

Kelly Cat Collar
This Kitty Planet collar is more my style - understated, but with a hefty price tag. Humans have handsewn the mother-of-pearl
discs onto soft kidskin and then lined the collar in hot pink ultrasuede. (How nice of them to go through all the effort.)
So it's worth every penny. It fits 8" to 12" necks and comes in Bone and Black.
